Scope. Geometry measurement across a subdivision or network segment: gauge, alignment, surface (profile), twist and cross-level, captured continuously and referenced to your chainage or milepost system.
Method. Vehicle-mounted geometry measurement with repeatable positioning, so successive campaigns overlay precisely. Exceptions are reported against the thresholds of your track class and standards, and repeat runs build deterioration trends segment by segment.
Deliverables. Exception reports with locations and severities, geometry-quality indices by segment, deterioration trending between campaigns, and — when combined with our GPR substructure data — root-cause pairing that distinguishes geometry faults caused by fouled ballast, trapped water or formation problems from surface-level defects. Maintenance gets fixed where the cause is, not just where the symptom shows.
